Superior Toyota scores an A+ from the Better Business Bureau

Superior Toyota has been a BBB Accredited business since August 2003. This means that we meet their criteria for a high rating and match the BBB Accreditation standards.

The BBB rating is a grade based on a proprietary formula that analyses information known to BBB and incorporates the BBB experience with the business. The formula evaluates numerous categories of company data, and allocates BBB weightings as per the relative importance of each category. This rating represents BBB's degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns filed with BBB.

BBB assigns grades from A to F with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest grade and F is the lowest. Superior Toyota is proud to have earned an A+ rating and is equally happy that our performance has been consistent from 2003.
